The Role: We’re hiring seasonal General Laborers to join our team from April through November. This is hands-on, outdoor work where you’ll assist with pool installations, maintenance, and service calls. If you’re tired of dead-end jobs with low pay, this is your chance to earn $20-$25/hour while learning valuable trade skills. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Assist with in-ground pool installations and construction projects 
• Help service technicians with pool maintenance and repairs 
• Dig, haul materials, and handle physical labor tasks 
• Learn plumbing, electrical, and concrete basics from experienced crew members
• Operate equipment and maintain a clean, safe job site 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Valid driver’s license (required) 
• Strong work ethic and honest character 
• Ability to handle physical work outdoors in all weather conditions 
• Willingness to learn – we’ll teach you the technical skills 
• Reliable transportation and good attendance

We’re looking for a leader to help us continue delivering exceptional results for our customers. 

The Role: We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead our in-ground pool construction projects from start to finish from March through November with the potential of moving to full-time. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients and oversee every phase – from excavation to final walk-through. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants real responsibility and competitive pay ($28+/hour). 

What You’ll Do: 

• Manage multiple in-ground pool construction projects simultaneously
• Serve as primary client contact throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Coordinate scheduling, materials, and workflow to keep projects on track • Oversee and work alongside installation crews 
• Communicate progress and address client questions/concerns 
• Ensure quality standards are met at every phase 
• Manage relationships with subcontractors when needed 
• Problem-solve on-site challenges and adapt to changing conditions 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Valid driver’s license (required) 
• Construction, concrete, plumbing, or electrical background preferred
• Leadership skills and ability to manage people and projects 
• Strong communication skills with clients and crew 
• Problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
